For court orders and case records, the Clark Circuit Court Clerk is at the Governor James Clark Judicial Center, 17 Cleveland Avenue, P.O. Box 687, Winchester, KY 40392. Circuit records may be requested at 859-737-7264. District records may be requested at 859-737-7141, with fax service at 859-737-7005. Both divisions list Monday through Friday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
